Please know that our agents go above and beyond to help you out from the moment you've requested to modify your arrival date, knowing that the type of reservation you have doesn't allow changes since a deposit was already taken. The management also refunded that deposit from your first reservation with arrival date 05-14-24 back to your Mastercard, it may take 5 working days before it made available again to your account. We advised you to confirm it with your bank as well. We strive to make each stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and we will use your comments to coach our team in order to provide a better experience in the future. In the future, to avoid inconvenience upon check in, if you are not coming with the guest, please ensure to add their name in the reservation so we can check them in without confirming with you.
