Amazing stay

Very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Apartment is true to pictures, very cozy. Property manager was very polite and easy to talk to. Recommend!

Secure building with great balcony and garage parking

Traveling with a family, some of the things I look for are an apartment or condo that is a multi-unit building with a balcony, security and garage parking. So fun to sit on the balcony on the 27th floor and enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks and watch the sunrise and sunset. Host was available to answer questions both before and during our stay. It seems like this is a new opportunity to him, so the feedback is meant to help make the place more awesome.It is very walkable to downtown and the free train. It’s a nice size place. The beds are memory foam and comfortable. There is a water kettle, air fryer, and Nespresso unit. Also has a water filter pitcher. The building and garage are secure and required provided fob to get in. Definite +. Some work is needed to get this unit up to the standard I expect for VRBO at this price point. The unit is right next to the railroad tracks that are heavily used and loud. Not bad with windows closed. The bathrooms need a deep cleaning. Grout is dirty and the exhaust vents are caked with dust. They also need more than one towel rack. Bedrooms are nice sized with queen beds. Not much storage for your clothes as there are no wardrobes or dressers. The master bedroom has two large drawers under the bed but are both broken. One of the sliding closet doors is also broken and not on the track. The kitchen is really lacking. The nonstick skillet is really scratched up. Need more utensils for four and a real butcher knife.
