With over 2400 Square Feet on 2 floors, a beautiful layout on the ground floor with Gourmet Kitchen, Dining Area, living area, half bathroom and plenty of space to rest and relax. With 4 Bedrooms with a huge bonus room upstairs, this home has everything to offer for a family or a group visiting Calgary or mountains in Banff, Canmore, Golden, Jasper, Lake Louise etc.

About 20 minutes to the University of Calgary (U of C), SAIT, Stampede park and SAIT. Transit station is about 3 minutes drive with Park and Ride facility.

Within one minute, you will be on Highway, whether you are travelling to Mountains, Edmonton, Golden, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Banff, Medicine Hat, or to anywhere in the East or West. Stoney Trail (201) connect to Highway 2, Trans Canada Highway 1, 16 Avenue.

Please Note: Basement and Garage is not included. You will have access to main floor and upper floor. Basement can also be made available if there is a bigger family/ group and in need of more space for additional cost provided there are no bookings of the basement on those dates. BBQ on the Deck with 6 outdoor chairs, Table with umbrella and bug zapper are included in the house for an additional fee. If the guests need cleaning while staying, cleaning can be arranged for additional charges ($15/night or $99/week for BBQ use on Natural Gas) Please ask your host if you would like to use BBQ on the deck.

Please Note: We may ask guest's ID for single night stay reservations.

* Absolutely No Partying, No Events allowed without prior permission from the host (We do allow wedding ceremonies and family get togethers with some conditions, please ask your host first).
* Zero Tolerance for unauthorized Parties or Events held on the premises
* Host reserve the right to ask picture ID/Driver License from all the guests booking weekend stay
* Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) Fine/Cleaning fee for Illegal party or event held
* Illegal party or event will be ended and eviction will follow forcefully by Police
* There will be no Refunds of unused night(s) for any eviction
* Tampering with the Cameras is a serious offence and will not be tolerated
* Any house rules violations will also considered breach of rental agreement and will results in forceful eviction
* Host reserve the right to ask your ID and/or Driver License

There should be no fear to our respected guests who want to come and stay here for a good time with their family/friends. Serious warnings are for offenders only. If you need to hold any event in the house, please ask the host, there may be some extra charges for that.

Fantastic
What a perfect house. Our host was fantastic. We were able to arrange getting in a little early. Very accommodating. We had our adult children with us and the lay out was perfect for a family. Bonus!! My wife really enjoy walking and we were able to hit the trail system that is a block away from the house. Truly a wonderful stay.

Great House
The house was clean and inviting and had plenty of space for my family gathering. Qaisar responded to questions quickly; we didn't even have to wheel the trash cans to the curb as it was taken care of for us! Qaisar also had refreshments (drinks) and chocolates waiting for us, which was a nice touch.

Great for a girls get away
We really enjoyed the rental. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean and tidy. Communication was great. There is a tenant in the basement so access to the pantry to restricted and you can’t use the garage. However every time the tenant opened the basement door we received an alert on our floor. That was alittle annoying but nothing to stop us from returning.

Beautiful space
The house is amazing! The street is very busy! The house also has people who live in the basement and have access to a pantry on the main floor of the house. The people who also live there were pretty loud to be honest, we heard them many times. We would have liked to know we had to share this space up front.
