Handy location and modern house

Clean, new and modern, this house was fine for two of us plus an adult child and small dog, for four weeks while a reno happens. Handy enough to pop home. Upstairs (3 beds) is comfortable, with washer/dryer. Front room made a decent workspace. Longer term residents in basement were obvious but not intrusive (hopefully we weren’t either). Facilities were good but there were limited utensils, plates etc. (albeit just about enough). We’re back there over Xmas so it worked for us. Emmanuel was responsive (and pleasant when we met him briefly). Recommended

At checkin our host changed our house fromA 3BR to a 2BR, so we had to find another situation for the 3rd person, expensive and stressful evening, last minute. When i complained, he threatened to cancel our stay. I didn't receive any refund for the missing bedroom. I won't be using this host again.
