Unique updated century home - this charming 1 bedroom in a top/down duplex nestled in the heart of Bridgeland. Steps away from the trendy 1 avenue street with restaurants and all the amenities you need, and yet in a picturesque and quiet street! A quick drive to the DT core, walking distance to C-train. This peaceful home features a 1 bedroom with comfy queen bed, bright, comfortable living spaces, fully equipped kitchen and clean bathroom!!

This 649 sq ft space was built in 1910, one of Calgary’s original homes, in a top/down duplex. The interior was recently updated with beautiful new vinyl plank floors.

Welcome to your home away from home. You enter the space to a cozy staircase leading to your peaceful and zen living area. Beautiful newly installed vinyl plank floors extends throughout the living room, kitchen and bedroom. Relax in this space by reading a book on the blue armchair or get cozy under a throw blanket on the very comfortable grey couch and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV that includes Netflix and Disney+. This couch is very soft and comfortably sleeps one extra person.

When you get hungry, you will have a nice size, fully equip kitchen for all your culinary needs. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning on a counter height table next to this east window. This table can also be rotated to seat 2 additional people and can also functions as extra counter space for your meal preparations. There is also an oven for your convenience.


From the living room, step down into the bonus room, with plants and an available yoga mat. Meditate in this zen area on the little leather pouf. Step out to your own spacious private balcony and enjoy the fresh air and afternoon sun with a book and tea.

Feel relaxed in the spacious bedroom sanctuary that includes beautiful art and a comfortable queen bed. You will have a nice closet space for your storage needs.

The washroom features a bright, sparkling clean sink, shower and tub with brand new black hardware. With a new mid century modern medicine cabinet for your toiletries. The washroom also includes an apartment size washer and dryer.

If you`re like us and priority is the cleanliness of where you are staying, rest assured that every surface (including door knobs, light switches, cupboard, drawer and appliance handles) are wiped down with disinfecting wipes. and freshly launder all bedroom and bathroom linens, including all extra towels and blankets. We guarantee this as we spend hours cleaning and disinfecting after each guest ensuring its done thoroughly.

Driveway parking is available at the designated spot for the unit. An electronic permit for direct street parking is provided if requested.
Check in can be anytime after 3:00PM check in date and You can let yourselves in as you will have access via the August lock system. We can also provide you with a physical key within the unit (including the mailbox key, as needed).
Unfortunately the building is not wheelchair accessible.

We are located in the beautiful, historic and safe inner-city neighborhood of Bridgeland, ranked one of the best neighborhoods in Calgary in the Avenue Magazine. Bridgeland is one of Calgary’s oldest inner city neighborhoods, with vibrant energies and is the perfect place to experience both old charm and new trends.
Along the neighborhoods main street, 1 Avenue NE, there are many local restaurants and local shops that you cannot find anywhere else. Many restaurants are on the top 5 lists on Avenue Magazine. Everything is walking distance, so you do not need to drive. There are also e-scooters around to explore the neighborhood or cruise along the Bow River Pathway.

Hello there!

We are excited to share with you some transportation options available in our neighborhood. You will find a few bus systems around the corner from our location, including the #90 bus that can take you through Downtown core Beltline Area and to Foothills Hospital and University of Calgary.

For those looking to explore more of Calgary, the Bridgeland Ctrain station is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk away, connecting you to many parts of the city.

We provide parking for one vehicle in the alley, and street parking for 1hr. Moreover, if you want to rent a car without worrying about the maintenance, Calgary`s `Communauto` service is an excellent option to explore the city.

For those seeking a more eco-friendly mode of transportation, Uber and Electric Scooters are also available around the area from Spring to Fall.

Lastly, if you need a ride from the airport, we are happy to offer pick-up services if scheduling permits for a $50 fee. Just let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

This unit is located in an older home configured as a top-down duplex on the upper level. Due to the building`s traditional construction, guests may occasionally experience minor noise transfer from the unit below.

Sofa Beds: For your convenience, sofa beds will remain unmade unless specifically requested. This allows you to enjoy the space as it is, with more room to relax and unwind.

Outdoor Furniture: Please note that outdoor furniture is exposed to the elements and may have some pollen, dust, or other natural debris. We do our best to keep it clean, but this is part of the charm of enjoying the great outdoors!

Please note that utilities are located in the lower unit, including furnace and internet modem are located in the lower unit of the property.
- *No smoking or vaping of any substances in units or building. we will charge a penalty fee of $1000 or more to cover the cost of cleaning to remove the odor
- *Not suitable for pets, $500 penalty for unauthorized pets in the unit. This is also a breach of the house rules.
- *No parties or events
- *Noise is to be kept to a low level after 10pm on week days and over all respectful levels on the weekends.
- *We have zero tolerance for vandalism or abuse of others in the building and parties/drinking/drugs within the unit or on property. This space is designed to be a home away from home for you and we ask that you respect it that way as well as others privacy in the building.
- * For security reasons, there are no visitors allowed in the unit other than the guests approved to stay, unless otherwise communicated to and approved by the host.
-if you would like a physical key, we request a security deposit of 100$, which will be returned to you after confirmation of receiving key upon your departure
-Please do not flush paper towels, tissues and feminine products down toilet
- Please use a reasonable amount of water and electricity to help us maintain a sustainable environment; excessive usage may result in additional charges.
-Unapproved Late Checkout Policy: Checkout is 11 AM; unauthorized late checkout fees: $50 (up to 1 hour), $100 (after 11 AM), $150 (after 12 PM)
- Damage Deposit (For All Bookings EXCEPT AIRBNB): A $500 damage deposit will be automatically authorized from the payment method on file. This deposit will be held upon check-out. If no damages or additional fees are required, this deposit will be refunded to you after 7 days.
- The person who booked is required to send a photo of his/her ID and the full names of the other guests staying for verification purposes only on the side of the hosts.
- Lost & Left-Behind Items upon Check-out: Please double-check and take all of your belongings with you at check-out. Our team is not responsible for any items left behind by guests. If you realize you’ve forgotten something, please contact us right away. While we cannot guarantee its return, we will do our best to assist. If you request shipping of left-behind items, a $70 fee will apply, and items will only be shipped once payment has been received.

Quaint neighborhood vibe/family friendly

Compared to nearby high rise apartments/condos, staying in a real neighborhood in an updated duplex was a treat. The furnishings were tasteful and practical. Even without A/C we managed by opening screened windows and running a large pedestal oscillating fan. Bus #90 stop was literally one block away. The Light Rail transit at Bridgeland Memorial was a pleasant 10-15 minute walk away.

Wonderful Stay

Great location easy to access Deerwood trail, memorial drive and downtown. Cozy little apartment had everything I needed. The bed is amazing! There is parking in the back alley as well as the street as long as the hosts register your plate. I found this much easier to park my truck. The hosts were lovely and checked in regularly to make sure everything was good! I highly recommend this stay!
