1) One of the beds that was used was super uncomfortable, looks like it was broken and it's clear that someone tried to fix the bed with duct tape. 2) We were waiting for images of the additional parking spots to be uploaded in the guest portal, but by the time the first day of our stay game, it was never uploaded. We had followed up twice. There was a note in the parking section about "additional parking to refer to above images", but there were no "above images" to refer to
