The space
1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom suite with a comfortable sofa bed (queen) to sleep up to 4 people comfortably. This walk out suite offers floor to ceiling windows that look out on an XL enclosed, private patio with seating. Enjoy the top of the line appliances, large island and the comforts of being located in the heart of Kensington.

The suite is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable trip. From shampoos and body-wash to salt, pepper and oil. We supply fresh linens and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

The building has a gorgeous rooftop patio with views of Sunnyside, downtown, the mountains and Kensington.

1. Street Parking (Some streets are free in the area, please check the signs)
2. Public Parking (there is a lot one block down on 2nd Ave SW, between 10th and 9a)
3. Request for Underground Secured Parking at the Building, cost of $15/Day

C-Train (LRT) is infront of the building, you can take it to go downtown or to the Hospitals/University of Calgary

Over I had a wonderful stay, great communication, had a smooth check-in.But some parts of the house like the tub was not so clean. I found some hairs and had to clean it again myself before use.

Kensington surprise

What a spectacular, suite and location! Looks really good in the photos, in person it's absolutely fantastic. Beautifully detailed, spectacular appliances, especially the gas range, what treat that was, very rare to experience that high-rise building in Calgary. Eighth floor unit facing east with additional West view of all downtown buildings. If you're a morning, person, sunrise coming up behind the buildings will take your breath away. Perfect amount of room for one or two people. I was amazed at how quiet the building and the general area were, which is a rare when you're downtown and in an eight story building. The Ctrain track is immediately adjacent to the building, which I thought would be very distracting and even keep me up at night. The truth is as it's electric it only makes a gentle, clack clack noise from the wheels, there are no engine sounds I never heard any people or human activity around the track or the stop. I was there I remember hearing the first train go by and I thought oh I'm gonna be up all night a short time later I heard the second train go by 11:45 PM. The third train that went by woke me up – – it was 9:30 AM the next morning! The train was not an issue. The only negative I could find, and it's a small negative, is one side of the bed creaked a little, but I realize likely it's because most sleep on that side. As soon as I moved to the right side of the bed, there were no more noises very comfortable. Underground heated secured parking;)

THE WORST PLACE, DO NOT STAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I don't write bad reviews, even if a stay isn't stellar. But this property needs to be exposed, to save someone else the pain and stress I experienced. The check in process was the easiest and best part and even that wasn't smooth as the fob didn't work. It spiraled down from there. The kitchen sink wasn't mounted properly, so every time I tried to use it, it literally almost came out from the counter mount. The toilet worked for one day and then wouldn't flush. They sent someone who confirmed it was a toilet issue. He was there for almost an hour trying to fix it. Took video of it and said he was going to have the owners deal with it. It was never dealt with. For the remainder of my stay I had to use a public toilet. I called periodically to them to provide a solution, it went unanswered. They only offered to give me a refund on the cleaning fee, which was insulting as this was not a unit that was ready for use by visitors. I have yet to see even the cleaning refund on my credit card and they have ignored my requests since checkout. This unit is not legally habitable with working plumbing. If they had provided some solution or even acknowledged their incompetence, I would not have written as detailed of a review, but no one likes being ripped off, provided a place with no toilet, and then ignored completely. If you rent this place after reading this, I would say you better be prepared to be on your own with no support. Kiss your hard earned money goodbye.
