Everything we could have asked for - comfort, spacious, quiet neighborhood, cosy & private patio, backyard for our little pet and thoughtfully well stocked kitchen.
This will be our go to rental on our trips to Calgary, especially comfortable with bringing our little dog! Ease for us all!
One little thing to improve on: although it has AC it would be nice to have a fan in each bedroom upstairs to help circulate the air when it gets summertime hot.
We enjoyed our stay at this conveniently-located Calgary home. Not a far drive to downtown, and quite close to Calaway Park for the kids. House was clean and well laid out for our family's stay. Nice quiet outdoor deck to lounge in the warm weather. Useful den/office area upstairs for me to catch up on emails. Outdoor garbage cans were full when we arrived, but owners were fine with our suggestion to leave bagged garbage in the garage instead.
I liked the decor and the fact that there was lots of space for our large group to spread out.We didn’t use the gym… a media room or extra bedroom would’ve been more useful for our group but could be appreciated by many, I’m sure. I liked the egg chair and outside space!The hosts were accommodating and quick to reply. My only change would be the lighting was very harsh on my neurodivergent self but we were able to find lamps to mitigate the problem.Overall it was a great stay and we will be back again soon:)
Very easy check in process. Excellent information shared by host before check in. Well supplied kitchen with everything you need for a few days or longer! Nice deck, yard and barbecue as well. Nice residential area with green spaces close by for walking a dog.
I enjoyed my stay here, the house is in a good location, close to any stores and just off Stoney. Also very spacious and comfortable. My group and I felt very welcome here.

The location of this rental is close to Stoney Trail which is a ring road with close proximity to the highway to the Banff/Canmore area (The Rockies). It is also well positioned for the roads that lead to downtown and the Zoo and Science Centre area. The home overall was great. We chose it mainly for proximity to family in Calgary and the fact that dogs were allowed. The yard is enclosed which was great. We were there in winter but could see it as a great summer location as the deck is nice with privacy and a bbq. The home was very clean. The gym in the basement was good for getting in a workout.
Overall a wonderful stay here. Great location - we went to Banff, downtown Calgary, the airport and everywhere in between, and this property had easy access to it all. The home was comfortable and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Kitchen decently equipped. We really appreciate the gym equipment in the basement and the use of the garage for parking. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to a nice park. We had the wrong code for the front door, but got an immediate response from the host. Also had a minor leak in one of the bathrooms and again got an immediate response and the issue was fixed within a couple hours.

Property not as described and it's apparent no one lives in Calgary to take care of it
Overall the property is very nice and comfortable. A couple of small issues which didn't impact our stay but wanted to note.
The garbage bin was completely full when we arrived which made it challenging to deal with complying with the owners requests.
We emailed the property management about the front screen door that was hanging loose from its screws when we arrived. But did not receive a reply.
It would have been nice to get information on the basics. Example; what all the remotes are and how to use them.
On the positive the house is comfortable, quite and bright. I wouldn't hesitate to book in the future.
Overall stay was good. Package scheduled for pick up was stolen from front porch.

The whole stay was fantastic. Communication throughout was great. The house itself was in a great location to hit Stoney Trail to Banff or jump on Sarcee to the south. Nice little yard for the dog to do his business and hang out. Garage was a nice bonus and big enough to park a pickup truck in.
