Separate Basement Suite

The home contains a completely separate and legal basement suite called The Owlet, which may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

Important details:

• Each unit has separate private entrances
• The suites do not share living spaces
• The backyard may be shared respectfully between guests
• Sound transfer is minimal but possible as with any home

Most guests find this setup very comfortable, and many don’t notice the other unit at all.
