A great place for multiple families to convene and enjoy the Calgary Stampede, Banff and the mountains as well as the beautiful rolling Foothills of Alberta. The property is located in a rural location on 5 acres of land, but still within minutes to all amenities outside of Okotoks or South Calgary. A car is required. You will be able to spread out here with room for everyone.
A farm table seats 10, a huge kitchen with all amenities, and a wrap around veranda and extended deck space perfect for summer barbeques. The home boasts in floor heating, a second mini-kitchen in the basement and well as many other upgrades and renovations for modern yet comfortable stay.
This home comfortably sleeps 8 adults in king or queen sized beds with soft duvets and pillow tops. There is additional pull out bedding if required (double air mattress on frame and / or single twin roll away with memory foam mattress) for up to 10. Please note there is an extra $20 pp / night charge for reservations with over 10 persons due to extra cleaning required.

This property has 5 acres of wide open prairie in the stunning Foothills of southern Alberta. It is 10 minutes (by car) from south Calgary and 7 minutes (by car) from the town of Okotoks. Sunsets from the deck are breathtaking. All amenities you can think of are available in both locations including eateries, groceries, boutiques, large scale city shopping and more. We are a 30 minute drive from downtown Calgary, and a 1.5 - 2 hour drive from the famous Rocky Mountains including Kananaskis, Banff and Canmore. A car is a necessity as local transit is not available in rural areas, however Uber does operate out to this area.
