The listing is on the main floor of this property and includes: a big living room, 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, and a full bath. A shared laundry room is located in the basement with an easy access. The main floor kitchen is equiped with most of the things you need in a home. A big yard with fire pit and chairs for your evening hang out.

Bedrooms are equiped with a Sleep Country Queen Mattresses that will ensure that you enjoy your sleep. Home has a central fan (not AC).

Walking distance to street wall that has different eatries, Co-Op grocery store, bus stops, play grounds, churches.

Easy access to Chinook & Heritage Malls, Anderson East/West leading to Storny & Deerfoot Trials, family friendly recreational centers- Southland Leisure Ctr and All Chiefs Sportsplex & Jim Starlight Community Hall, and the Glenmore hiking pathway.

My sister and I recently stayed at this centrally located property in a charming neighborhood, minutes away from downtown Calgary. The property was immaculalry kept. Cozy bedrooms, comfortable beds and a lovely kitchen and living room. It was super handy to have use of a washer and dryer after traveling by train. The host was excellent and very helpful indeed.
