    Welcome to our newly constructed, fully furnished suite, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. This suite is a haven of comfort and convenience, located just a 3-minute walk from the nearest transit stop, making commuting a breeze.

    Our suite is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances to ensure a comfortable stay. The brand new washer and dryer are at your disposal for laundry needs. We've taken care of the smallest details, providing toiletries such as plush towels, and premium shampoo, so you can pack light and feel right at home.

    The suite has a separate, efficient heating system to keep you warm and cozy during those chilly nights. The kitchen is a chef's dream, fitted with brand new appliances including a convection oven for those who love baking, a super silent dishwasher that makes clean-up effortless, and a spacious fridge and freezer for storing your gourmet ingredients.

    Sleep is paramount, so we've ensured you have the best. Our sturdy, brand new Queen bed is perfect for a restful night's sleep. For extra guests, we have a comfortable pull-out sofa that doubles as a bed. The suite also features a compact computer table for your work-from-home needs, a wireless charger for your devices, and bedside drawers for ample storage.

    Our prime location offers easy access to shopping centers like Winners, Sobeys, Shoppers, Save On Food, and Dollarama. Gas stations are conveniently located within a 1-kilometer radius.     Private acess to the suite is by the left side of the property.

This is a very nice suite. Good neighborhood. Nice features with a comfortable bed and blackout blinds. There is a really nice bike/walking trail nearby and every establishment you could want within a 3 minute drive. I would stay again

Travelled from Winnipeg and stayed multiple nights. The space was very clean and well kept with many extra amenities in the Suite. Everything from pans, plates, utensils & cleaning supplies was all provided. The washer/dryer came in handy as we were visiting alot of family in Calgary & having clean clothes was a must! The Host was quick to reply & answered any questions you had. 5/5 I would recommend to anyone as long as you’re ok with being in the South part of Calgary.

Absolutely outstanding place!

Had a wonderful stay, very clean. Ended up staying 3 more nights. Was a beautiful place. Very nice family above unit. I'd recommend to anyone and I'll be staying there when available once back in town for sure !

Comfortable Stay

This place is nice a new. We stayed during Christmas to see family. The place was conveniently located in the south of the city. Private entry and all the amenities needed. Nice comfortable stay.

The suite has everything you need. It is very clean and comfortable for 2 adults. Quiet neighborhood and parking on street was good. Kitchen well supplied and appliances are new. Did not use washer/dryer but available if needed.
