Staff very kind and helpful. Travelled into town so granddaughter could be seen at local hospital near by. Empathetic staff and accommodating with parking and breakfast the next morning was very much appreciated and helpful with a stressful situation. We will be back for sure.

The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology.
