Great

A very pleasant arrival and key handover. You definitely need a car and shouldn't be afraid of steep slopes. Parking was easy on the street. The accommodation had everything you needed. Great view, and everything was as described and in the photos. You have peace and quiet.

Nasturtium and cats

Lovely newly repainted house with large terraces and modern, functional furnishings. Some slight misunderstandings with the house manager, who was present but having several flats to manage a bit overwhelmed by events... On our request, made well in advance, for a cafeteria, he provided us with a model that did not work on an induction stove (bought by us personally afterwards) And above all, the question of pellets for the heating stove, which we had to buy and transport ourselves and which after much wrangling he paid us, but not the full amount!!!

Beschreibung nicht ganz korrekt

Tolle Ferienwohnung, aber Beschreibung nicht ganz zutreffend. Es gibt entgegen der Angaben keinen Geschirrspüler und ein Sonnenschirm fehlte auch, obwohl auf den Fotos deutlich einer zu sehen ist. Dadurch gab es auf der Südterrasse keinerlei Schatten. Nach einer Woche unseres 2-wöchigen Urlaubs wurde uns dann ein Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse sind auch in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Sonst war alles okay und die übrige Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich. Hervorzuheben sind auch die guten Betten.

Enttäuschend

Unterkunft war sehr feucht, aufgrund der schlechten Isolierung- dementsprechend der Geruch. Bettlaken waren trotz Klimaanlage auf heizen, immer feucht. Herd im Wohnzimmer funktioniert zum größten Teil unseres Aufenthaltes nicht. Sitzgelegenheit im Außenbereich konnten nicht genützt werden, da viele Löcher vorhanden waren und bei Belastung durchgerissen wären. Ausstattung der Küche: hier fehlte sogar das Salz- also sehr mangelhaft.

Modernes, sauberes Ferienhaus mit 2 großen Terrassen

Das Ferienhaus entsprach in Realität ganz und gar der Online-Beschreibung. Die Einrichtung war modern, alle Zimmer waren sauber und schön eingerichtet und die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die beiden sehr großen Terrassen waren wirklich genial und der Blick aufs Tal und zum Meer wunderschön, auch wenn wir sie aufgrund der noch zu geringen Temperaturen nicht ausgiebig nutzen konnten. Wenn es allerdings heiß ist und die Sonne durchgehend scheint, würde hier ein entsprechender Sonnenschutz fehlen. Das Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer auf 2 Etagen, zu denen jeweils ein Bad gehört, was sehr bequem ist. Das Haus liegt an einer ziemlich steilen Straße, was die erste Anfahrt in der Tat herausfordernd macht. Wenn man weiß, dass man die steile Straße erst einmal ganz hinauffahren, dort drehen und wieder hinunterfahren muss, um vor dem Haus zu parken, ist es dann beim nächsten Mal an sich kein Problem mehr. Ein entsprechend motorstarker Mietwagen wäre da jedoch sehr von Nutzen. Alles in allem haben wir uns in der Casa Leonardo sehr wohlgefühlt und können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Gemütliches Haus in Höhenlage

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem Haus, in dem alles vorhanden ist, was man braucht. Tolle Nachbarn und sehr ruhige Umgebung. Wenn man etwas negativ bemerken möchte, ist es wohl der seitliche Meerblick, die steile Anfahrt und der nicht vorhandene Parkplatz.
