“Schönes , geräumiges Ferienhaus, komplett ausgestattet.Kleiner Hof mit steiler Einfahrt nur für Kleinwagen geeignet,man kann aber bedenkenlos auf der Straße parken.Sehr sauber, schöne große Terrasse mit erwärmten Pool und Blick auf den Atlantik - auch von jedem Balkon und den Zimmern.Gute Lage für alle Ausflüge.Sehr empfehlenswert!”

“Fantastic holiday villa with 3 bedrooms with all of them their own separate shower and toilet. Nice view over the Atlantic Ocean and situated on a 5 minutes drive to Calheta where there is a beach and a supermarket dining options. We had a great stay in Madeira at Calheta Heights and would recommend this villa to everybody! Only remark we have, the TV set is quite small for such a big living room if you want to spend the evening "netflix-ing".”

“Beautiful view from the roof terrace and a great host. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Accessibility for those who are mobility restricted is more difficult so keep that in mind. Calheita is a nice village with good restaurants. Easy access by car to all hiking areas”

“Le propriétaire de la maison gère les arrivées et les départs. L’accueil est chaleureux.La maison fait face à la mer et le coin est très paisible. Il faut être véhiculé pour y accéder mais pour ceux qui aiment le calme, c’est très agréable.La maison est très propre. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour un séjour sans soucis. Très bonne expérience, je recommande !”

“Die Kommunikation mit Cristina ist hier hervorzuheben. Es war so, dass unsere Flug erheblich verspätet war, Cristina hat mich jedoch mehrfach beruhigt und geschrieben, dass ich mir keine Sorgen machen muss. Dora, die Haushälterin, war dann am nächsten Tag, auch zeitig am Morgen da und hat uns herzlich empfangen, komplett, aber auch nicht nervig eingewiesen und hat uns dann auch noch ein Willkommensmenü gezaubert. Das war alles super nett. Dass Haus ist sehr geräumig und vor allem, wie bei uns,……

“We had a lovely week at the villa. Prior to arrival Bill's communication was excellent in terms of advice and information. A minor issue we had was resolved immediately during our stay. The villa is just as it looks in the photos and description. I would re-emphaisise that you need a car to go anywhere (which did not bother us but may not suit everyone). Calheta is 15 minutes or so away with lots of restaurants, beach and a marina (we went on a boat trip and saw lots of Dolphins). We also went……

Contact and information about the house and how to get there, were also very good. Beds were fine as well as the shower/bathroom. Great Wifi. And place for a rental car as well. “Top gepflegter Zustand der gesamten Unterkunft und ruhig gelegen. Hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Er wartet an der Unterkunft und hat uns empfangen. Vorab sendete er uns Hinweise bzgl. Der Straßen, welche gefährlich sind und nicht befahren werden dürfen. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen.Die Küche ist ein Traum, ebenso der Grillplatz.Der Pool ist sehr sauber und lädt bei einem tollen Ausblick auf das Dorf und Meer zum verweilen ein.Rundum sehr zu empfehlen. ”
