“Fantastic location on the lake and access to the pool as well. Home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Amazing communication with the owner. Will stay again.”

“The house is really nice and clean. I would definitely stay again. The only problem I had was requesting a late checkout of only 2 hours. I kept getting a response to request it the morning of departure. Since checkout is at 10:00 am it didn’t make any sense. I did request it at 8:00 am and still received the same response.”

“Spacious and well-laid out unit. Easy check-in instructions provided by the owner. Great place for families. Open concept which works well when cooking in the kitchen. Nice location on the first floor, but we never heard any neighbor noise above us. Parking spaces right outside your door for easy loading and unloading. The gated pool is close (steps from back covered patio with chairs) and just beyond it is a beautiful view of Lake Marion. Although we traveled to the area for a funeral, this……

“We had a wonderful stay in West Columbia. This condo is clean, and we like a really clean space in which to stay on our travels. Who wouldn’t? It has beautiful green trees outside the sliding doors that hid the Saluda River during our August stay. You feel enclosed in lush greenery. It is a private community that is quiet and beautifully landscaped. We were 5 minutes away from Riverside Botanical Gardens and Zoo! Our stay was a delight. Bob and Dana are wonderful hosts.”

“I loved the property and how while walking to the pool the downstairs neighbors had plants growing and gave it a homey feel. The fenced in pool wasn't too far from the condo which was comforting because I have a toddler. The wooded area around it felt like a secluded get away. The condo itself was clean, well stocked with dishes, silverware, and cooking needs. The beds were very comfortable, and my toddler loved the family room rug. His words "ooo, cozy!". We can't wait to come back! ”
