“Ocean view is great! The rooms could have used a good overall cleaning but we dealt with it -THEN, theeeeen they are renovating and the first morning we were JARRED awake at 7:50AM by extremely loud JACK HAMMERS breaking up concrete right outside our bedroom wall/window -scared awake to be honest it of course terrified our dog. We were moved to another room in a timely manner but the construction was loud all around- -I think they should have closed the hotel while doing renovation because……

“Upon arrival we noticed that all of the soap dispensers were empty. We had no hand soap in the bathroom and because the listing indicated, they provided shower soap I didn’t bring any with me either. We went to the office to ask for some, but they did not come to the room to fill the dispensers, nothing. The floors were dirty, my feet were black from walking barefoot throughout the room, there was garbage under the bed. The bathtub was dingy, and the bathroom floor was covered with hair. We……

“I always enjoy my stay at this resort. ”

“Room and facilities are fantastic. Only 2 complaints, neither of which is specific to the unit we booked. First, we booked a 3 bedroom condo that sleeps 10 people. The complex only allows 2 parking spaces. My opinion is that 2 spaces is not enough for a 3 bedroom unit. Second complaint is that the workout room wa set at 76°F. Way to warm for working out. ”

“The condo we stayed at was perfect, we are a family of 4 and everything was amazing. Super close to the beach literally like a 2 minute walk. The front desk staff were super nice, we had a late night check in which was super easy and greatly appreciate how nice everything was. Would definitely go back 😊 ”
