“This house was pristine! Upon arrival the house was beautiful decorated and very clean. The gorgeous and intentional decor was so unique and cozy. These superhosts thought of every detail. The kitchen was fully equipped with tons of coffee, spices, and every small kitchen appliance one would need. There was two man kayak, fishing rods, life jackets, beach toys and family board games too. They also had a QR code which had local recommendations on where to eat, resort amenities, house amenities……

“The house was not clean, I found 2 pair of dirty socks in the front bathroom, cobwebs on wall, in corner on bathroom complete w a dead bug, top of microwave was dirty, film on the kitchen counters, dried food on the stove and in drain plugs for sink, kitchen sink leaks so badly you have to put towels on kitchen counter. I had to wash the queen size bed linens but was in a full size bed so sheets were a mess all night while trying to sleep. ACs and ceiling fans so covered w dust that I surprised……

“All the amenities of the Villa were top notch. There was no expense spared on the interior here. Very comfortable & felt right @ home. Swimming pool was well kept & clean, boat slips was directly out the back door where I could see my boat, has electricity @ slip to charge boat, lights to see at night & even fish @ night if so desired. Villa also has a garage for equipment or vehicle parking. Has all the amenities of home & then some!! The fishery is amazing for Redfish Trout, Flounder ect. Has……
