For sure the worst Marriot in Colombia and probably in Latam. The walls seems made of paper. You can hear everything from the room next door. The breakfast took more than an hour to order from the menu because they did not have all the ingredients. Literally they told us they have to go to the supermarket to prepare our breakfast. We carried heavy luggage but they did not have bellboy since COVID. I do not know why they are a Marriott. They should be a Hampton Inn or even lower. Overpriced!

Excelente facilidades y excelente atención. Atención de calidad de parte del restaurante, allí está Edilson, quien siempre está atento de los más mínimos detalles, realmente me siento en casa cada vez que voy, también a Gabriel quien siempre tiene una sonrisa y un deseo de servir impecablemente. Al resto del equipo en la cocina que se esmera por preparar comida de calidad con un variado buffet y menú. A las chicas que atienden cuando uno llega a comer, siempre bien vestidas y amables para dar la bienvenida. A los muchachos del front desk que siempre son serviciales y atentos a los más mínimos detalles. A la seguridad que resguarda la propiedad, ellos que siempre están atentos cumpliendo con su labor. Por último no el menos importante, a aquellos que limpian las habitaciones, que lo hacen con esfuerzo y con un sentido de detalles, las sábanas perfectamente puestas y limpias, el baño limpio con pulcritud, y el resto de la habitación que es arreglada. Gracias a todos por hacerme sentir en casa.

great customer service, front desk staff, Gabriel at the restaurant helps to provide a good experience. very attentive, perhaps only negative that took long x pple to answer the phone in the reception. very happy with service n acomodación. best service from Hamilton, our driver from the hotel. shame couldn't give good recognition at the hotel, according to recepcion its a third party and not related to the hotel. very strange, since we contacted him through the hotel, Marriott should evaluate n value their service. Hamilton provided exceptional service above n beyond, different from the other 2 drivers we had.

I had a disappointing experience while using the property's airport pickup service. There was nobody waiting for me and my team at the airport, and when I finally found the Marriott driver, she was in the wrong terminal.

We were incredibly disappointed by the staff and service at this hotel, particularly the staff in the restaurant and front desk staff. The restaurant is not only completely understaffed and under-resourced but the staff that IS there is not attentive at aL. In addition, the hotel seems to prioritize non-hotel guests for seating so we often had to wait to get a table and the supposed” free breakfast buffet” which was included in our rate had no food left on two occasions. We also tried having drinks and lite food at night in the restaurant and again, no staff and poor service. As for the front desk, we were greeted on the night of our arrival by a gentleman that clearly just didn’t want to be there. He was rude and snapped at us when we asked about the restaurant hours. Marriott Cali which is supposed to be one of the city’s best hotels was a big disappointment unfortunately.

The TV did not work and never came to fix it. we have to ask for a blow dryer and iron. we call at 6:00am and they show up after I went down stairs around 9:00am we ask to remove a roller bed that was never used and never did... we try to call for room service and we are still waiting to someone pick up the phone. The worst place ever.

I was there for the weekend and my ax wasn't working at all they move till 2 am into a new room , the pool was out of service, the ac inside the lobby wasn't working. The sushi bar wasn't open no notice I asked for a credit and didn't get a response. Very dissatisfaction
