I have always stayed in this hotel when I go to Colombia. This time it I went with three friends a we struggle because the hotel did not have hot water. The water is very cold. The rooms need some TLC because the wood looks pretty run down almost everywhere in the bathroom. In our rooom 502 only two electrical outlets worked so we had to charge our phones in the bathroom and kept the TV disconnected to use that as an extra outlet.Also the sexta street is Perth abandoned. That is one of the reason I usually stay here. The staff in this hotel is awesome, everyone is very nice and their morning breakfast are delicious. If you don’t mind cold water then this is an okay place to stay. We are used to have warm water so we won’t be staying at Versalles hotel again.

The hotel is literally frozen in time, but it was clean and friendly staff. There is no hot water available which is odd but it wasn’t terrible. Great location and did the job for 1 night.

You get what you pay for.

No hot water available. (Cold Showers) Bed was hard as a rock. Towels were hard and rough like sandpaper. The furniture is older than my grandmother.

The reason why I give this hotel a POOR review is because the water in the room is UNHEALTHY. Brown/yellow color I reported it from day one. I was told they just cleaned the water tank and it will ok but it was the same every single day. I have to go to a salon to wash my hair and buy water bottles to brush my teeth. Unfortunately, there were no hotels available around the neighborhood and I did not receive a discount or refund. Try to walk away is you can.

This hotel is a disaster. The sink water tastes awful. The bathroom window is broken. The bathroom is filthy. There's no hot water in the shower. The sheets smell bad and the bed is rock hard. The AC doesn't cool the room. The furniture is very old. The staff has a bad attitude and very little motivation to work. There are only two very rough towels. The lighting is very poor and, finally, there isn't a single decorative touch. Horrible.

La atención del personal en general fue muy buena, el lugar estaba muy limpio, buena ubicación y el sitio es tranquilo, el desayuno es rico pero los dos días fue el mismo menú, debería haber mas variedad en frutas y huevos al gusto.

Mala experiencia

El lugar se veía muy bien en fotos. Cuando llegamos allá nos cobraron 20.000 más de lo que decía en internet. No es grave. Luego, no nos dejaron ingresar a la piscina y al comedor porque estaban en un evento hasta por la noche (llegamos a las 2:00 pm). Las habitaciones olían a viejo, la madera y todo estaba viejo. El aire no funcionaba bien, ni el televisor. Cuando salimos en la noche nos dijeron que llegaramos antes de las 9:00 porque cerraban el parqueadero y no nos dejaban entrar. Llegamos a las 8:50 de la noche, ya tenían cerrado y casi no nos abren. El desayuno estuvo bien. Realmente no es un hotel cómodo y no está en muy buenas condiciones. Nada que ver con las fotos y con la entrada.
