"Not a bad hotel, old and in many places it needs renovation, but this gives it some charm. The room we stayed in was large and cozy, the air conditioner worked well, the beds were comfortable, but the pillows absolutely need to be changed! These aren't pillows, but lumps of matted cotton wool! The refrigerator is very old and rusty, but it works. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, but the sink was clogged and the water didn't flow at all. The pool is nice, large, and the water temperature is just perfect! We also really liked the jacuzzi, just what we needed. Regarding the restaurant, the prices are very good for an Italian restaurant, but the food is not tasty. The only thing that was tasty was the cesar salad. The eggplant and pasta with chicken were simply disgusting and remained on our plates despite the fact that we were very hungry! The service staff at both the hotel and the restaurant is wonderful, everyone is very polite and attentive. In summary, I recommend the hotel itself 4.5 out of 5, but I don’t recommend the restaurant at all 2.5 out of 5."

"We’ve stayed here before. We got to the hotel this time at 6 pm and our room still wasn’t ready, which is a first (that late in the evening), after staying in hundreds of hotels. So we changed into swimwear in our car, and went to the pool with our luggage. There was not ONE SINGLE CLEAN TOWEL. Not one. So we’re getting out of the water, freezing because there’s no way to dry off. That was also a first, for a hotel. We finally got access to our room at 7:30 pm, which is ridiculous. Our balcony was overlooking literally a giant air conditioning unit. Even my kids mentioned it was the worst view they’d ever seen. The kids had fun at the pool. There were other very nice guests we chatted with. But not having our room ready at 6 pm(!!) and no towels at all at the pool, make me think this place is horrible understaffed. We have three young kids so we tried to get late checkout, and we were told it “doesn’t exist”. Horrible. Omni nearby is 100x better. "

"Staff was extremely helpful and kind. When the shower would not work, the hotel made accommodations for us immediately. "

"The rooms were clean and very well put. A lot looked new and well kept up. Always clean areas and clean walkways. Very rustic but put together. Will be coming back to this location. Amazing time! "

"The location of the property was very good, and the staff was amazing throughout our stay(5 stars) Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and made the experience much better. A couple of areas could be improved though — the pool could use more umbrellas for shade, and our room had a weird plumbing smell. Overall, the excellent staff and great location were the highlights"
