The deck and porch had been freshly painted when we arrived and the home itself was very clean. The boat slip is not setup for bass boats, but larger pontoons or ski boats. It has exposed metal pipe on the sides that can gouge/scratch your boat if you get under them. 「Everything was cute just like the pictures, our kids had a blast sliding into the lake and jumping off the top-open side into the water. It was close by the historic Bagnell Dam strip so we had plenty of fun choices. We drove 30 minutes to the Cave bar to meet friends and hop on their boat for the afternoon. Overall a great time!」
