「This hotel is what I call a working mans hotel. Its clean-ish. They have updated the rooms and they are cleaner looking. Its a place with a table and chairs and basic kitchen. No frills. I wouldve appreciated no glitter left on the floor but im sure that stuff was hard to get out in the first place. It didnt seem like the floors were even mopped/swept because my youngest feet were black after walking around. However, did not appreciate finding eyelash extensions in my bedding. Im hoping the...

「Had to move rooms twice due to dirtyness. Lights were off in the lobby when we arrived.」

「Old building in need of renovation / room updates. Had to move 3 different rooms to find one that had a working AC. Breakfast was decent and the openness of the common area was a plus for our group. Light bulbs were out so it was darker than normal but we worked with it」

「We stayed in room 117 and the light/exhaust van in the bathroom was extremely loud. We stayed 2 nights and it got louder the 2nd night so we were using the flashlight on our phones instead. The place is super clean 」

「Rooms definitely need an upgrade. 1st room we checked into was nasty so they moved us. Didn’t get much sleep because walls are paper thin. Sounded like people up talking all night were in the same room with us. Food was delicious at HKs Restaurant and front desk clerk that checked us in was great. Unfortunately we will not stay there again.」

「The facilities were just ok, access was not ideal. The largest issue was an item stolen from my room, presumably by cleaning staff. The management tied themselves in knots with four different versions of events to explain how that couldn't possibly happen. I hate to call anyone a deliberate liar, but essentially that's what they did to me when I reported with absolute certainty what was left in the room and never found. 」

「The staff throughout the whole resort were amazing and very helpful. Our check-in was kind of a cluster but they were quick to make it up to us. All in all we had a great trip because everyone was so accommodating and nice. 」

「Towels were stained, one garbage can by the door, no way for continuous fan so it kicked on and off all night, no hair dryer. Worst part was they use scented detergent or softener on the sheets! I stand headache and allergies! Mentioned it to the clerk in the morning. Of course she said she has to do what the tell her, which I understand, but don’t know if there will be reconsideration. 」
