Towels were horrible and looked dirty. Sink and toilet were not clean, nor were the floors. Outdoor pool was absolutely disgusting. Needless to say, will not be returning to this site.

The place was absolutely filthy, the pool was empty except for some trash, there was a trickle of water just enough to wash your hands. The rooms were non-smoking but smelled of smoke. We also had to go purchase toilet paper. I have never stayed at a worse place.

The staff was kind. However, the property itself was a disaster. The room we stayed in did not appear to be cleaned prior to our arrival. There were gnats in our room. The room smelled stale and the sheets smelled as if they had not been washed. We were not expecting a whole lot to be completely fair but at least we wanted the room to be clean. There was mold in the tub and black rings in the toilet bowl. The tables had dust on them and the refrigerator had water stains and old food stains in it. It was just not an enjoyable experience.

The pool was empty. The Expedia listing advertised a full service pool. There was no water pressure at the bathroom sink or shower. The rooms were not clean. The common areas were covered in trash and cigarette butts. No effort to correct any of these issues. We will never stay here again.

Pool was not usable, totally green and half full of water like you see during the winter time. My room smelled like marijuana horribly. I complained to the front desk and they said someone was probably smoking a marijuana vape outside by my air conditioner which was sucked into my room. Ridiculous excuse and offered no discount or help. And there was trash EVERYWHERE you look in the parking area, not just cigarette butts but empty soda, beer cans and whiskey bottles. Go see for yourself. I hate to leave this bad review but it’s the truth.

We didn’t stay there after we saw the condition of one room and the only other one was upstairs. No elevator and they didn’t offer to carry the bags for us. Pool was out of order also! Would never call to stay there again.

The swimming pool was empty. There was only a trickle of water in the bathroom sink and shower. No reason was ever given for no water pressure. Nothing was done to help the water pressure. Nothing was offered to make anything better. 2 years ago this hotel was nice. Last year it seemed to be under new ownership and the downward spiral was started. New owners have done zero maintenance and are just counting on the hotel location to keep it busy. We won’t be back.

I travel alot and stay in hotel 75 plus nights a year and this was by far the worst place I have stayed in a long time. With that being said i did not have a any other options available. This room was over $150 and was more like a $50 room pool was a dry open hole trash all over the place shower was dirty and all but one towel looked like they where never bleached. I would not recommend this place just keep driving.
