「After a rough start that had nothing to do with the owner but the other couple renting Bella2, it was smooth sailing.Our host was very helpful and answered all of our questions and helped to give us lots of help getting used to the area. The pool was great and totally enjoyed coffee in the am looking out at the water!! 」

「Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. 」
