“I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars.

“We were told at check in that the shuttle began running at 4 a.m. However, the next morning when we came down just before 4 to catch the shuttle, we were told it didn't begin until 4:30. We had a 6 a.m. flight so we had to hire an Uber.
The room was very clean.
My roommate said her bed was very uncomfortable. Mine was fine, however we'd had a super long day with cancelled flights so maybe I was too tired to notice!
We left before the breakfast opened.”
