“Everything was fantastic at this property!!!”

“Nice room. Bathroom was small but it was very clean!”

“Doors need oiled. Very loud when opening and closing”

“The apartment was as described! So beautiful, serene, and quaint ! Me and my husband enjoyed our weekend of quietness! Tracy was so nice and sweet! Responded quickly as well! We will be back!”

“We enjoyed our stay. All our basic needs were met. I would suggest that the unit be labeled so that it is easily located. The grass needed to be cut. I would suggest a few more hooks to hang things on. I really appreciate the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. My husband misplaced his sunglasses, if they are found please let me know.”

“Good”

“Loved the location. In walking distance to great restaurants, local coffee shops, shopping, and activities. Clean, A/C worked great, there was a blow dryer, iron and ironing board which was nice to have. The internet also worked well. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again.”

“Having a list of instructions for the washer, TV, stove etc would be helpful. Yes we can figure it out but always good to have instructions just in case. Also, there were no instructions for check out. Were we to strip beds, put trash at curb, etc. A list of nearby attractions, restaurants and things to do is always a nice touch.”

“Best place we've ever stayed on vacation.”

“We enjoyed our stay, the property was very clean and the location was great. We were able to walk everywhere close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We walked to the Beach diner for breakfast every morning. We stayed over July 4th weekend and it was the perfect location it was close enough to engage in the fun and beach fireworks but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful when we went to bed. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We will……

“The condo was extremely clean, convenient to Mayo Clinic and very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!”

“I did not like the property at all. The pictures that was on the site did not look like where I was at. My key did not work since the day I checked in and in order for me to get into room I had to call which it was no immediate response. My last night was the longest I waited to get in the room which was an hour long such an inconvenience. I was not even able to check out effectively nobody answered the phone and I have been calling for hours. The communication the cleanliness the everything……

“So close to the beach! Very clean and bright and cozy. Even a fenced in back yard space for the hounds.”

“This home was beautiful and perfect for our family. We had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with as well. We appreciated that face that there were several cold sodas, water, and chips available for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us.”

“Proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Also overflow parking across the street was helpful so that friends were able to meet up. Everything was meticulously clean.”

“It was very nice and clean. Quiet little place. Close to the beach. It was a wonderful get away.”

“Great 2 bedroom condo within walking distance to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Clean condo with comfortable beds. Conveniently located to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.”

“Great weekend getaway for my husband, daughter and I! We loved that the pool was right there!”
