「Was awakened at 1:30 in the morning to a high powered vacuum and the next unit. When opened to door to see people in the hallway, staff said they had a water line burst in that unit and they were sorry. Sorry doesn't help you go back to sleep. You would think they would've turned the water off at that unit, put stuff down, and wait til the morning to do that. The pillows already go flat the minute you touch them. Shower curtain won't stay closed because the rod is sagging. Shower valve wouldn't...

「This place is much nicer than the pictures show. The 2 separate houses were great my grandson and I stayed in the low tide house my 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters stayed in high tide. The pool area and Florida room were perfect. The path to the ocean is right by the house and the beach area was perfect. We have been coming to St.Austine on and off for 25 years and this is by far the best place we have stay. 」

「We loved the house, it had plenty of space for our extended family. The view the from the house is great along with the outdoor spaces and the pool. We did pay for the pool to be heated and it was not when we arrived. After messaging the owner we were told it was broken and we would get a refund. Having the garage spaces as a drop zone area was also great. Well equipped kitchen but could use more kitchen towels. Only one beach chair provided but lots of beach toys! Overall great stay but...
