「We had a phenomenal experience with the general manager Lisa and her chef. Very hospitable and knowledgeable for the downtown St Augustine area. You felt like you're at home and they made you feel very comfortable and the place was immaculate. I highly recommend staying here. We wish we had an extra day. We will definitely come back. Parking was also easy and an added bonus.」

「Nice breakfast on the porch was great way to start the day. Steep stairs to second floor but you could request a first floor room. Parking is a 5 block walk away but free and you can drop your luggage at the B&B to not have to schlep it. Staff is very friendly.」

「Parking was super easy and free, room was comfy, bed was amazing! Ac could have been better, we fought with it all night to try and cool down the room. We ended up asking for a box fan at front desk but they didnt have one. They graciously gave us their small fan so we could use it to sleep! 」

Patio out to waterfront where we sat in the morning with our coffees. Room could use a repaint, but really overall we loved it there,would not stay anywhere else, close walk over the bridge to town.」

「This was a strange hotel experience. The staff was not at all welcoming or hospitable. When we arrived we were clearly struggling with a luggage cart with a broke wheel and nobody offered to help us. When checking in, many details were left out, like putting our key in the power bank in the room so we could use all the lights and outlets. The sink was filthy and had no hot water. The toilet seat would fall off when you sit down. There aren’t any closets or drawers to store your clothes. We...

「Possibly the freshest-smelling, comfiest bed I've slept in. We enjoyed three nights here on spring break. The breakfast & happy hour deliveries were the cherry on top! So nice to return to after exploring the city or the beach (5-10 min away). The staff were so accommodating to us. Our trip coincided with a cold snap — so the comfy couches & lounge areas upstairs on the deck were just the place. Hope to return!」
