This was the cutest inn! I had the junior room and it was just myself traveling and it was perfect! Staff was awesome and it’s in a most excellent location too! Some things to note…. If you book through third party, some of the perks (breakfast and free drink vouchers may not be valid). If there is an issue with the room (on my check out day there was an issue with hot water for the inn) they 1000% took care of the guests and went above and beyond. This was a fluke situation and not the norm. I had a very late check inn and they also went above and beyond to ensure this was a smooth process. Will definitely stay again and would recommend the inn to all!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Casablanca Hotel. The layout was different than expected, but typical for the historic district. Their parking lot was only a 2 minute walk and we were able to unload our luggage right in front of our ground floor room. The buildings are older and in need of some maintenance. Our room had plenty of modern upgrades and was very clean. The walk-in shower was amazing. Their restaurant was excellent. You are right in the middle of the historic district so plenty of things to do and see within waking distance.

My husband and i loved our stay at Casablanca. Our bed was fabulously comfortable and we loved the decor. The Tini Martini breakfast was delicious. Our server Aaron was attentive and very professional. This was our first visit to St Augustine and we are planning a return trip soon.

This was our second stay and a,though in general the property is ok this time there where issues with our room. Tv didn’t work and shower also didn’t work well. Some of the outlets also didn’t work The staff was nice but things didn’t get fixed for our short two day stay. We enjoy the breakfast 8nckuded and the two free martinis each afternoon. Location is great although very difficult check in and parking about two blocks away.

Great hotel. Clean, safe, great staff. Free parking less than a 2 min walk away, The Inn is in a great location, walkable to almost everything. Rooms are two room suites so you get a bedroom and small living room, with two TVs, Staff was so nice, like every staff member you encounter was just super friendly and nice. They treated you like you're a friend. The Martini bar downstairs great too as is the free breakfast. Only nitpick is the shower is very small, like a small stand up shower. It was fine but it also is a bit tight. But overall just a great hotel and a great experience for us staying here.

Staff was great! Finding a parking space was a nightmare. There was no place to unload the luggage so we had to carry it 2 1/2 blocks to check in. When we were opening our room door there was a dog barking in the room next to ours. The dog barked for the next 10 mins. Then later in the afternoon when I wanted to get a power nap the dog started to bark again on and off the the next hour. I did not like the memory foam bed and the sheet kept coming off. That evening I got all of 2 1/2 hours sleep but I was not going to complain since it was my wifes birthday getaway. The next morning the breakfast was great and the service was fantastic. At least when it was time to check out I could park in front of the hotel entrance.

Great location, very friendly staff - great value! You are right in the heart of the city, easy to see everything. One downfall for our stay was the TV did not work and when we called the front desk they someone up but they were unable to get it working.
