“Nice quaint space blocks away from Downtown”

“Great stay, awesome location!!”

“This was a recently listed property, maybe that is why the price was so appealing. And no, I don't regret it in any way. It is a portion of a one-family house now subdivided into areas for different guests. Each one has a separate entry, and everyone could share the lawn and the parking lot. No eye-catching renovation, but clean and has everything one needs, no kettle though, had to microwave liquids. Very close to Saint Augustin's downtown area, if need be, one could even walk. “The apartment is in a great location and is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants. The inside was clean and organized, the water heated instantly, and the bed was comfy. The kitchen and bathroom are a little dated, and the sliding back door would not lock with the deadbolt. Despite this, we felt very safe and comfortable staying here.”
