"Just what I expected in a budget hotel and more, it was fresh and clean, the staff were a joy to interact with. The walk across the road to the beach was easier than I have had in some beach front hotels, and I got to watch some good volleyball."

"I enjoy the amentities in the beautiful, clean Lobby with the helpful and pleasant staff. The room was spacious and clean and had a side ocean view over the courtyard which was beautiful to awaken and see. I would definitely return and enjoy this property again. The staff added to a pleasant stay. Everything was convenient, comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was also very over the top! No complaints and I have stayed at many hotels."

"We had a fabulous 4 night stay there. The hotel is very clean, tidy and well maintained. Our room was quiet and well insulated, spacious with a comfortable king size bed plus a sofa to chill out on. All the staff were friendly and helpful. even though the hotel was full there were still plenty of places to park. The breakfast selection was adequate and drinks were available all day. Location wise was good for us as we generally walk everywhere. we were 2 miles from St Augustine, and it was a nice straight walk in and out of town. "

"We love our stay in the Villa 1565. They have a very nice staff willing to help at any time. It's located conveniently, we could meet the hole city walking from the villa. It's a safe and quiet place. "
