“Had a very bad experience here. German cockroaches were living under the oven. We discovered this the first night there. I spent the night on the phone with Vacasa. I can agree, they tell you what you want to hear. I was told they would come the next morning to help even though I wanted to leave. No one contacted me the next day though. I contacted them. “Overall good stay, the balcony was my absolute favorite, the view and atmosphere was great. The ease of getting to the beach and also the convenience of the pool were amazing, made our trip so enjoyable. There was an issue with the cleanliness, but I was able to contact the host and they responded immediately which was very appreciated. Loved Jacksonville, I told all my friends and family about this place and recommended it. Great stay!”

The only con I have is a family checked into the unit above us on the 3rd day and there is very little soundproofing between floors. They weren’t loud, but it sounded like a stampede up there from them walking and moving furniture. Overall a wonderful stay. ”

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
