"Kid friendly, great staff, easy location and beach access! "

"Staff was excellent and helpful. Facilities and rooms were very clean. Out room was spacious. It was somewhat up and down for noise level. Was quiet for most of our stay except for our last night. For such a new hotel, i was surprised that I could be a part of the conversation with the next room or people passing in the halls. It might have been because it was kids/teens that were next to us."

"The hotel was nice. It’s right off I-95 but we didn’t hear any traffic. Maybe because we were in the back of the hotel. It’s right next to a Shell gas station, Tropical Smoothie, Starbucks, and a taco restaurant. Free hot buffet every morning. It was a nice variety but average food. Our room was very clean. Had an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Pet friendly. They have a dog park, which was nice. The problem is we told them day one there were no bags to pick up poop and they said we will get right on it. We left three days later and still no bags. They messed up my reservation because I booked online and added a day but they fixed it and gave us a discount which was nice. The staff overall was friendly. They have a pool and hot tub and a small playground. Hotel rates online were much better than in person. It was a nice visit. "

"I love this hotel, we've been going here since it was the Monterey in the late 90s. It's clean, the staff is great and the location is in the historic area right on the bay. You just park your car and there is no need to get back in it till you leave. The trolly stops right in front and you can get off and on all day in the historic area."
