“Great location! Friendly staff! Comfortable clean room! Amazing garden breakfast! My husband and I love to come back again! Totally worth every penny you spend! ”

“The room was clean and convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Great hot shower and charming decor. However, the upstairs balcony could use some much needed repairs. Broken rocking chairs and benches sitting around seemed unsafe. The flooring needs resurfacing and paint. Outside the property just needs sprucing up. The self serve breakfast was good. However, if you didn’t get right in there food was gone and no one available to bring out more.”

“The pros: Location, right in the heart of the historic district Large king size bed Cons: Parking, it's a few blocks away and they charge you extra for it plus extra for housekeeping May need earplugs as close to bars (depending on time of day) Needs some updating- the tub was peeling, there was a towel rack not fulling attached to the wall, a missing curtain rod It's labeled a bed and breakfast but there's no breakfast”

“This is clearly a very old property, which isnt the fault of anyone's. However, the A/C in the room which is MANDATORY if you want to sleep is so dang loud, you cant sleep. So what do you do... the rooms are TINY TINY. The pool was pretty dirty, we wanted to go in but decided against it. It didnt feel like a resort in any sense of the word...which it doesnt fancy itself like that I get but, its pretty rundown if im being honest. Staff is super chill, friendly, helpful as they could be.”

“Gorgeous view overlooking the bay. Enjoyed drinking wine and sitting on terrace while looking at the bay and watching sailboats. Wonderful staff who go above and beyond. Delicious breakfasts and 5pm social with drinks and food. Great location with walking distance to St. George St. Enjoyed walking on the old paved streets and looking at the old homes. Parking was not a problem.”

“I absolutely love the customer service. They really take pride in their beautiful house. We were there this past week and everything was nice and clean. We were welcomed with a glass of vine to start our vacation. Breakfast was delicious! The property is very close to everything. Just park your car, and walk everywhere. We will definitely come back again!”

“I had a wonderful five night stay here. The location is convenient but in a quiet area. Parking is included and an easy walk down a block and around the corner. I parked my car and never moved it. Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful with all arrangements. The guests were all lovely and shared some good ideas about things to do and see. The real reason to stay here I think is the breakfasts! Lots of healthy creative flair! If you’re a foodie this may be the place……

“Great, relaxing environment with a very comfortable bed & good accommodations. Close walk to Grayton Beach and a vibe that harkens back to “the good ol’ days”! The a/c in the room we booked wasn’t cooling, so owner promptly upgraded us to a bigger and much cooler room. Much appreciated! The cafe, Raw & Juicy, on the property serves wonderful food, coffee, etc. We enjoyed our stay!”
