We had a wonderful stay at the Kenwood Inn this past week and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The staff made everything seamless—especially allowing us to easily drop off our bags at the front so we could start enjoying our trip right away. Pat was incredibly helpful, providing all the information we needed, from breakfast times to pool details and the availability of drinks and snacks throughout our stay. It really made everything feel effortless and well thought out. Breakfast each morning was a true highlight—an amazing, unique three-course experience with a five-star flair. It was clear that a lot of care and creativity went into every meal. We also appreciated how convenient they made it to purchase trolley tickets for sightseeing, which made exploring the area so much easier. Overall, our experience was exceptional. The Kenwood Inn exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would absolutely give it an excellent rating. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to others!

The host was very kind I will say that but it doesn't make up for the unclean room. I found multiple strands of hairs on the coverlet making me think they don't wash in between guests and the couch in room was stained and rug didn't look vacuumed. They could also have a bad laundry service but wasn't worth the cost of staying. I get the impression that they are understaffed. I worked at a B and B. I know it's a lot of work. But for the price they charged, it doesn't match expectations. Another disappointment was the pool wasn't swimmable because it was covered in debris from the tree. The parking is quite a bit away. And you have to share a table with strangers with breakfast. I was going to mention the hairs on the coverlet but couldn't find anyone before leaving this morning and was on a strict timeline.

This is a well appointed, and lovingly maintained Bed and Breakfast located in an ideal location for walking St. Augustine. Bed and breakfast was clean, friendly staff and conveniently located. However, the essence of a bed and breakfast is its breakfast. This one took a long time to come out, seemed overly complicated and ridiculously small portions. Coffee was terrible. Breakfast should be comforting and delicious. Having a couple of options would be appreciated. They are open to accommodate children but the standard menu, for sure is not kid friendly. They bake complimentary, delicious cookies in the afternoon. We found ourselves getting additional breakfast on the town.
