“This Downtown Hideaway Was Perfect!! The free parking was just a short walk from the room and we never needed our car until we left. This place was in absolute walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go...the whole historic downtown St. Augustine. The kitchen area has a microwave, coffee maker, sink, and full size refrigerator, plates, bowls, cups, coffee cups and utensils. No stove top/oven for use. There's a little table with chairs inside, as well as a table and chairs outside. It was……

“Property exactly as described/pictured. Our stay was great, the unit is just the right size for two adults. We couldn't get any closer to the beach, which was our primary reason for choosing this rental. The pool was clean and had plenty of tables with umbrellas and chairs, and lounge seating. The two A/C units did their very best and kept us cool, but they are terribly noisy and run almost constantly. Seems like the whole complex has the same problem?Will keep this place on my favorites……

“Spectacular stay! Cute, clean, and great value. Just the type of place we needed. We chose this house because we wanted something close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Our stay was perfect for us. We parked our car and did not get back in the car until we left. We walked to the beach, to dinner, back to the house for hot tub time. Woke up walked on the beach, found a local breakfast cafe. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, coffee. Already……

“Everything about our stay was fantastic. This home is located right in the heart of the shopping, food, and music scene. Everything is within easy walking distance, which is good because parking in this area of St. Augustine comes at a premium. Fortunately, the host provides a parking pass to the city garage, which might sound like an inconvenience, but it's less than a 10-minute walk, and because the house is in the middle of everything, you really shouldn't need your car.
