ABOUT THIS SPACE
Stay in the heart of charming Historic Downtown St. Augustine! Renovated private loft w/ private entrance. Features comfy king bed, posh sitting area. Enjoy coffee or wine at the bistro table in your kitchenette. Freshen up in the separate shower room and toilet room. New AC keeps you cool after site-seeing or enjoy drinks on the lovely shared back deck. Stroll 8 minutes to the historic downtown restaurants and shops, or drive a short 10 minutes to the beach or lighthouse. One parking space available. Self check-in w/ lock box.

THE SPACE
This luxe loft features impeccable mid-century modern stylings. A large comfortable king bed is accompanied by a beautiful buffet featuring a generously-sized smart TV for your streaming needs. Enjoy the renovated kitchenette, fitted with a hidden mini-fridge and all of the essentials. Don't worry about sharing the bathroom during shower time. Separate accommodations make it comfortable for everyone.

For longer stays, ample closet space is available.

Private entrance up the stairs to private loft with lock box for self check in. Must be able to climb stairs.

Outdoor back patio space is shared with downstairs unit, which might also be rented.

Great Visit to St. Augustine

We enjoyed our stay in the Luxe Lemon Loft. The property was very quiet and it was very clean. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the big shower and the big towels. The property was conveniently located. It is a great place for 2 people.

Cozy and Close to the Historic District

Very classy and comfortable with all the amenities needed, plus some nice extra touches. Very clean, king bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we appreciated the closeness to the historic district while enjoying the distance for a quiet nights sleep. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again soon.

Wonderful Stay

The property was exactly as listed, well appointed, clean, and in a cute neighborhood not 10 minutes from downtown. All the amenities (and even a welcome bottle of wine) were provided, the bed was soft, and the neighborhood was quaint. I would highly recommend this property.

This apartment was so cozy and comfortable and the hosts thought of every little convenience - from kleenex, coffe & creamer to books about St. Augustine. Perfect location for walking to tourist attractions yet far enough from the noise and traffic

Awesome setup for a solo journey or with a significant other.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Place perfectly suited my needs. Owner was very responsive. It was very clean and the extra amenities (coffee, chocolate, wine and popcorn) were a nice touch. Bed was incredibly comfortable as well. I would definitely book again if I find my way back to Sr. Augustine!

Great Use of Space and Location

Really nice place for me and my wife. It’s a walkable distance to St. Augustine historic district (a long walk, but walkable) and great having a parking spot right at the entrance. The loft is extremely well designed and makes a small space feel much bigger. Very well decorated and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Host was attentive. Space was clean and well appointed. The lock on one of the windows was broken, and the front blind had to be pinned down by wedging a blanket behind the couch. Otherwise, the blind would'nt stay down. Would stay again!

Spotlessly clean, smells fresh, abundance of thick big towels and big shower. Cutely appointed decor. Walking distance to historic downtown. Highly recommend this very cute and convenient apartment.

Clean, convenient, everything you need.

Needed a place to stay for the weekend and I hate to pay hotel prices. This loft was perfect for my wife and I. Had everything we needed, was in a good location and was clean! Communication from the owners was top notch. Neighborhood was quiet and parking was just big enough for our Honda Passport. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in town.

First Time in a VRBO

We were pleasantly surprised by our accommodations. The pictures were extremely accurate.Niceties included: bottle of local wine, morning coffee, and chocolates.The owner kept me updated. It is obvious an up and coming neighborhood. There was some construction going on but it didn't inter with our stay as we are early risers.The location is perfect for anyone visiting St. Augustin.I would stay at a VRBO again!

Perfect quiet & cozy yet central spot

My boyfriend and I came here for a birthday/anni getaway. It was absolutely perfect! The loft is so clean, stylish, and spacious yet cozy and inviting. Even though there are sloped ceilings in some spots, it was still super comfy for him at 6’3”. The bed was sooo comfy! The location, perfection! We walked everywhere but were close to our home base, since we visited during a cold front. We were met with a goody bag with snacks and a bottle of local wine. It was such a nice touch! We would absolutely stay here again!

Prime Propoerty and Location for St. Augustine Loft

We've never used Vrbo before, so we were a little apprehensive. Well... if future stays are "as advertised" as this Loft was, it will definitely not be our last. The loft was better than advertised. The photos made the space appear it was smaller than it actually was and with very nice amenities. This was our first visit to St. Augustine, though we've been to Florida many times, and the Loft was only 3 blocks from the popular St. George Street and the many shops located there. We would come back in a heartbeat!
