“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was excellent, curtious, and very helpful.”

“The Room was a bit out-dated (cabinets were worn, corner walls were broken, sofa was stained), but for the two nights that we used the room to just sleep, it was okay. Point of Interests were walkable, but King Street, which is the main street to get to your Point of Interests was closed for construction and we needed to take a long detour.”

“We stayed here last year when it was Southern Oaks and they had dog beds and dog bowls in some of the rooms. Now that it's Quality Inn, all of that is gone. They have a fenced dog park but the grass was so high I could hardly see my chihuahua. There was no poop bags where there was supposed to be and the garbage can at the dog park obviously hadn't been emptied in a while. We were staying for 2 nights and our room only had 2 towels. The pool was a decent size but it had a lot of trash floating……

“Was awakened at 1:30 in the morning to a high powered vacuum and the next unit. When opened to door to see people in the hallway, staff said they had a water line burst in that unit and they were sorry. Sorry doesn't help you go back to sleep. You would think they would've turned the water off at that unit, put stuff down, and wait til the morning to do that. The pillows already go flat the minute you touch them. Shower curtain won't stay closed because the rod is sagging. Shower valve wouldn't……
