There is a valet fee for your car. $35 a day. The hotel is renovated for the most part. The pool was nice. Walkable to the beach.

I did not like that parking was valet parking only for $10 fee per day. I parked my own car and gave my key fob to valet person. Also, the hotel needs more than 2 clothing racks for guests to transport clothes from room to car. That was all I saw. Had to carry my own things to car because if that. There were coffee pods in the room with a Keurig but no muffins or breakfast bars. Breakfast in restaurant was a charge. Not sure I will stay again.

We stayed during renovation process. Even during this time, there were a few hiccups, but the room was clean and quiet. The staff was excellent at trying to accommodate any of the things that were wrong with our stay. I am looking forward to staying again when the renovations are done.

This was such a nice hotel. We love cold rooms to sleep in and it was so cool and comfy. The room was also super clean as if no one had even been in there yet. We were right by an exit on the first floor but didn’t hear a peep from anywhere. The location is also great, we could walk around and hang with the locals. My husband and I agreed we would be back.

It’s mixed.pros Raheem was very helpful and professional. They checked us in early and gave us a late check out. The hotel is in the process of doing upgrades so no gym or restaurant. Cons. Water pressure in the shower was horrible. When we checked in there was no bath soap in the shower and we asked them to refill and wasn’t done. Then the came in to make the room and only made one bed??? Also there were no pool towels available on the last day I was there. And when that was brought to the front desks attn they bought out little hand towels??? I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

We arrived having booked a partial ocean view my view was over the pool and 2 dumpsters since the property is yess still under construction. the night staff was nice and told us they were sold out for friday but they would have a corrected room saturday. saturday morning the staff member acted like they didnt get the mssage from the night staff so we were told rhonda would contact us at 830 then 1230 then 1 pm ...at 330 i called in spoke to nick and was told we had our room at 345 the first time we;ve heard from rhonda in 48 hours we cant have that room. we were obv upset but no curses or belitting of rhonda was done a little toned yes. rhonda then said we could just keep our original room. when we got back to the hotel she locked us our of our room and asked us to leave because apparently her feelings were hurt since she didnt like being told we would show her the screen shots that say partial ocean view not dumpster over the pool. Rhonda then called the police and even the police laughed at the fact we wer ebeing removed over being upset at false advertising. Having now looked thru the reviews this is about the 40th incident of Rhoda having rudeness towards couples , asking people if they want to leave and multiple reviews of it being on couples anniversary she clearly has a problem and how she still has a job is beyond me. they tried to say t hey were owned by hilton i called hilton corporate the deal wont be finished until august 1 so who knows if this gets solved.

Even though the hotel is under construction, the staff were very friendly. You can tell it will be wonderful when done

We have stayed several times, this last trip was probably the last time. Smokers on the balcony below us ruined any chance of sitting outside or having our balcony door open for the beautiful April weather. Management was slow to address and guaranteed us a partial refund once the second guest and second day of smokers happened. We have yet to see that refund.
