「The staff was excellent! They went out of their way to help with luggage and food service.」

「Housekeeping was rude. They started knocking on our door at 9AM when check out was not til 11AM. When we said we weren't ready yet, the guy tried opening our door twice and started banging on our door again. They did the same to the room next to us and left when the other occupants told him that check out is not until 11AM. Ruined our stay in St Augustine. 」

「We had a delicious breakfast both mornings that we ordered ahead of time with lots of options to choose from, so it is really fresh! They had a nice Social Hour that had some tasty snacks with wine, beer, soft drinks and I’m sure tea/coffee if requested. The room was really nice, clean and we had a fabulous shower. 「This historic hotel is right downtown in the best location for walking around. The pool and hot tub were a nice reprieve from the heat and we could head right back out into town. St Augustine is a beautiful, fun town and we were glad to stay in a hotel that matched the Spanish, historic feel. Definitely recommend staying here.」

「This is an old establishment but that is to be expected in Old Town which is the reason we chose this location. It is super convenient to Old Town where there is live entertainment, many restaurants, and shops. The bed was very good and so was the breakfast. The room was too warm to sleep comfortably and the ceiling fan worked on the lowest speed only. They really need to add a window AC unit. We had hot water for one shower but not for two. 」
