"The bedding could have been cleaner. Mine had some black stains"

"It was nicely located close to everything. Staff was very nice. Weather was cold so I could not enjoy the pool, but it looked lovely and clean. Breakfast was good variety. Room was clean when we arrived. We had a small issue with room and we were immediately re-located to a new one without any issues. We had a three night stay only thing that bothered us was another person staying with an insanely loud motorcycle sound type truck every morning at 6:30 waking everyone up."

"Staff was excellent very friendly and accommodating. While our room was comfortable the facility could use an upgrade. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bar was nice, cocktails were great and the bartender was fabulous.The cons were dining options are limited no where to get lunch and dinner was limited to bar food. Whoever put the makeup mirror in the bathroom must have been tall because it was mounted so high that it was above my head and I am 5’4. "

"Room was very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good; had scrambled eggs, link sausage, chopped potatoes, cereals, mini waffles, yogurt, bagels, english muffins, and bread for toast. Also had good coffee, OJ, and milk. Only thing bad that I can say is in finding the driveway to get back to the hotel is not labeled at all. GPS just says to turn onto driveway; no signs showing driveway for the hotel."

"My husband and I are very disappointed with this hotel. Before I list the bad I will say that the room was surprisingly clean. The bathroom was clean, but needs an update. The Lakeview and pool very nice. Here we go; the elevators were dirty and the carpet on the 3rd floors was even worse. Stains throughout the entire hallway, the walls are dirty and the paint is coming off the doors. We were afraid to enter the room. After watching the TV for a couple hours, the remote will not change the channel. We went down for breakfast at 9:29am the staff said we had two minutes to get breakfast after the front desk told us that breakfast was not over until 10 AM. We paid 25 for this breakfast the only thing that was edible was a yogurt. The eggs were burnt, no cream cheese for the bagels and the French toast cold and tasted like styrofoam. I can go on but will stop. I normally do not write reviews, but I do not want anyone to have to experience what we did !!"
