"Nicole is an excellent host. Property is well situated with plenty of restaurants and shopping. There are also a number of recreational activities nearby. The drive to Micklers Landing beach was about 15 minutes. The only drawback would be for people who have trouble with stairs as there is no elevator. We would definitely recommend this property and Nicole. "

"Very nice condo. Located in a quiet, safe culdesac. Lots of parks and beaches within driving distance. Well stocked. Just as advertised, everything we needed was provided. Host was very responsive and helpful."

The only issue we had was dirty sheets and towels were left in the master closet and the living room/kitchen floor was dirty, crumbs all over and slider door was not clean. Shari immediately responded and had the cleaner stop by. "

"The home was very clean and tidy. Everything worked and the home was stocked with the minimally basic cooking items , pots, dishes etc.. no coffee pods only tea. Great place overall but not Luxury but very new and nice. Host was nice and responsive. "
