Definitely do not stay here, the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It’s musty, unclean, and is a definite hazard. One of the electric outlets in our bathroom was sticking out 1 inch from the wall held on by caulking.

We have stayed at a lot of hotels. Some are wonderful, some are passable. This was not one of those. This was hands down the mot disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. It was dirty from top to bottom. The floor was visibly filthy. There were sticky mounds of something in multiple areas. The bathroom was disgusting- it looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The smoke detector was wrapped in some kind plastic wrap. It did not feel like a safe area to be in either. There was a small caged in area outside of our window that had an old moldy Snoopy towel inside of it. I cannot imagine any reason for that to be there. It felt incredibly sketchy. The vibe of this hotel felt like “you might die here, but we probably won’t notice for a few days.” I would give it zero stars if I could. Avoid this place at all costs.

Hotel is in disrepair. Pool is empty and collecting mud/debris. Lobby bathroom is broken. Room had shrap ends of screws sticking through the wall from another room. Rust stain, vague smell. Best part was the room above started fighting loudly about 3am-5am which apparently culminated in the police removing them. Their clothes were thrown over the balcony and strewn about he property. Lter over =head a resident negotiating another weeks stay for a weekly price. not fun. The staff was very nice, bu the environment was a challenge. I booked this hotel because it showed a 5-star rating and appealing photos on Expedia. The actual experience was completely different and very concerning. Upon arrival, the front desk employee was on his phone with his bare, dirty feet propped up on the table facing the guest area. I had to speak up to get his attention. The lobby and breakfast area appeared dirty and poorly maintained, which was my first impression. The parking lot was full of older and several junk vehicles. People were openly smoking marijuana right outside the room doors, making the area feel unsafe. The stairs leading to my room were filthy with trash scattered around, dirty walls, and an abandoned pool overgrown with grass that looked like it hadn’t been maintained in years. None of this matched the listing photos. When I opened the assigned room, it had clearly not been cleaned — clothes, underwear, pants, shirts, and socks were left on the floor and bed. I immediately left, took a photo as evidence, and returned to the front desk. The employee said housekeeping must have forgotten to clean it and offered another room, but I declined. The entire property had a strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. I requested a full refund and left right away. This property felt more like a shelter than a legitimate hotel and does not match its 5-star presentation on Expedia. I strongly recommend others avoid booking here.

Pros- the staff was very nice, the AC kept the room cold and the fridge worked great. Cons- The grounds and pool area was dirty and had trash everywhere. The hotel had a rank smell outside. Towels and rags were dirty and new ones were unavailable. The hair dryer didn't work. The key cards kept deactivating even though they were kept separate from our electronics. The coke machine did not work. The hotel had a sign stating food from the breakfast meal could not be taken to the rooms. My husband witnessed a drug deal and a prostition arrangement in the parking lot. Overall, a terrible experience and I would not recommend.

The entire property is filthy. The pictures on Expedia are not the actual hotel. The pool and hot tub are filled with trash. And the room smells like smoke and urine. We immediately walked out and demanded a refund. You should be ashamed of yourself for letting your property be in this condition.

The staff were friendly, and thats just about it. The whole place was very run down. The rooms appeared "clean" upon first entry, but after looking closely they were absolutely not. The faucets in the shower and sink had so much build up on them, the shower head was coming away from the wall, all of the towels had someone else's red hair all over them. The bed cover had a cigarette burn. The bathroom door was covered in black grease stains front and back, and my daughter's socks turned completely black on the bottom after walking around for 5 minutes with her shoes off. This place is in desperate need of a deep clean and a remodel. Would NOT recommend this place.

Roaches. Lots of them. Dirty furniture with food from previous 40 visits stuck to it. Tub had hairs. Walls dirty. Floors dirty. I am pretty sure this was used by some nasty people to live in. Disgusting. We left. They can keep the 60 bucks. Maybe they will use it to clean the rooms. The pillows were used and dirty. I cant believe someone would rent this out. Guy up front was a jerk. Just stay away unless you need a place to do your meth. Absolutely gross. Oh one of the beds seriously had broken springs. Wish I could upload a video. It was sunk in and my husband sat down on it and I thought he was going to fall into the abyss. The middle was concave more than any mirror Ive ever seen. It was so loud...I wonder how many lot ladies make a living in here? Do not come to this place...again unless you have a special thing you need to do that is all it is good for. Never ever bring kids to this place for surely you would be a bad parent and child services should be called on you. I just cant believe how disgusting...oh Lord let me stop now.
