"My family and I had to travel to Jacksonville for my husband's uncle'a funeral. We are from Tampa and not really familiar with the Jacksonville. I looked at the listing and it met all our needs and wasn't going to break the break. I reached out to Summit several times to inquire about distance details between all the different events we had to attend. Every question was answered quickly and with compassion once he knew the reason for our travels. He allowed an early check in without an extra change.The townhome was beautiful and clean. I was impressed with all the small details - flat iron, shampoo, conditioner, body wash were provided. The decor was beachy and welcoming. We don't get to play anything in the game room but there's always next time. Thank you Summit for your kindness. If I could give you a 10 star review, I would. I definitely will be booking with you again "

"Our host (Luke) was VERY responsive when we had questions prior to & during our stay. The rooms were a good size and each had their own bathroom, which was nice. The location was good for us in relation to where our daughter moved, but also to the beach, shopping, restaurants and just a short drive to St. Augustine. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."
