“Room and property was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to activities in the area. Food and drinks were also very good.”

“Room was safe and ok cleanliness wise. There was a stain on the mattress cover if one of the beds. The positive is the proximity to the park and beach and weekly market. Also, several restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. No breakfast and the coffee is awful.”

“The room had a weird smell. Everything was clean but smell just lingered everywhere, especially the bedding. The final issue is that housekeeping kept knocking on our door staring at 10:30 when checkout was clearly at 11.”

“This was a pleasant trip, hotel was very comfortable and the pool and Jacuzzi where in great condition. There is not a pool bar or restaurant during the day. Staff was very helpful and kind.”

The wait staff were beyond exceptional - Belinda, Toni, and the cook (didn't get his name) were just the nicest, most pleasant people you could ask for. We looked forward to going to breakfast every morning. The room was very nice and clean, however one thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the floors. There was sand on our floors for days after we went to the beach. Again, the cleaning staff were always……

“The room was clean and very simple. However, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. At one point, water was barely coming out of the shower head. A couple of the towels were stained. Overall, though, it was a decent deal for a last minute holiday trip.”

“The staff was great. There were a few concerns. 1. The floor was wet and appeared to have been flooded. We had to walk on towels the first few days. 2. Outlets didn't work. 3. One day the warm breakfast was closed because the warmer was broken. There were lots of other options but since I was only having protein, I couldn't eat anything but peanut butter.”
