Property was great. Location too. The check in system sucked. It would be better to have someone there to check people in and out instead of using the app. We had to wait for someone to personally deliver room keys to us because the app wasnt able to unlock our doors

The property is advertised offering digital check in. The app required for check in was not functional for the pre check in process. I had to place a call to complete this process before checking in. When checking in there was also an issue with getting a digital key on my phone. Not a contact free property as advertised. I was given key cards for the room by the housekeeping staff at check in, as were others checking in at the same time.

I had trouble with the key card despite the FAQ trouble shooting tips but someone on the phone helped me very quickly! The room was so cute and clean! Loved the location and would absolutely stay again!!

Quaint and perfect for my date night. It's like a South Beach Miami hotel on the Island. Food and drink all around it. We stayed in the smaller room and chose the larger one. Easy parking, bikes to use... fresh ground expresso, cappuccino , coffee machine in lobby. Fresh tacos across the road. I would recommend this hotel and stay again.
