Unfortunately, the ladies at the front desk, afternoon checkin, evening, and checkout in the am were dismissive and curt. John was as much nicer. One can no in a kinder tone. The Hyatt was super nice overall! 」

「The hotel is in a great location with lots of food and shopping within walking distance. All of the staff were lovely. The pool/gym could use some attention but were still fine. The shower handle in our room was a little wonky but again not a big deal. We didn’t eat at the restaurants but they looked busy. The valets were fast and super nice.
