“This private house is situated in a super-safe neighborhood with beautiful homes and friendly neighbors. Very clean with everything you need for a short trip to St. Augustine. Had our morning coffee at the end of the deck overlooking the river. Really nice place - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“The host did not return my text letting them know we arrived early and were interested in early check in and also parking, the only amenity was a coffee pot and coffee, no plates and only a few utensils, minimal towels, beds were more like a cot, and when you use the shower, water goes all over the floor. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone. ”

It is in walking distance to area attractions and yet far enough away from the main thoroughfare so the neighborhood was fairly quiet most of the time, even on St. Patrick’s Day! You do hear renters in the downstairs unit, although everyone followed the 10 pm curfew. The kitchen was great, the beds were comfortable, the dining seating less so.
