"Stayed at the Hampton Inn in Jacksonville, Florida and had such a great experience! From the moment we walked in, everything felt very clean and welcoming. The room was spotless, smelled fresh, and was super comfortable. I loved having a smart TV in the room — it made it easy to unwind and watch our favorite shows after a long day. The pool area was nice and well-kept, perfect for relaxing, and the gym was a great bonus with everything you need for a quick workout. The staff was amazing — very friendly, helpful, and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. That kind of service really makes a difference. The free breakfast was also really good, with plenty of options and everything fresh and ready to go in the morning. One thing I really appreciated was the gated parking, which made us feel safe and gave extra peace of mind during our stay. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and stress-free stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Jacksonville! ✨"

"The valet was amazing. My husband was in a wheelchair and was very helpful. The rest was terrible. Room was very dated. As clean as housekeeping would ever get the dated room. The bed was a nightmare. Not sure I have ever tried to sleep on anything more uncomfortable. Then the 1am wake up of someone trying to get in our room was the worst. "

"I had a guys on a business trip and they made it very convenient for them as a booking agent for them. I have never experienced such great staff service over the phone. They were very helpful and they were able to help us with our needs if you're ever in Jacksonville, this is probably one of the best places to stay, especially with such a helpful staff "

"Breakfast was just coffee and muffins . Room was very dirty with stains on walls and smelled like smoke . Did allow dogs so I guess that’s a plus but had to pay a fee and also $10 parking fee to use the parking lot . Would not recommend "
